  • Perishable or consumable products that have been opened, even partially.
  • Products with damaged packaging or broken seals.

2. Replacement Policy

We offer complimentary product replacement under the following circumstances:

2.1 Grounds for Replacement

  • Transit Damage: If a product arrives demonstrably damaged due to transit mishandling, we shall arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Incorrect Delivery: If we deliver a product different from the one specified in the order, a replacement will be shipped immediately upon notification and return of the incorrect item.

2.3 Replacement Limitations

Replacement is offered only once per order for the same issue. Subsequent claims for the same item may be subject to refund rather than replacement.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders that have not yet entered the processing or dispatch stages may be eligible for cancellation upon customer request.
